As a Volunteer UX Designer at Hack4Impact, I collaborate with nonprofit partners and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct research, and translate insights into intuitive, accessible design solutions. I create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and work closely with developers to deliver user-centered digital experiences that address meaningful social challenges.

Oversee the university’s branding for use outside the marketing department, including logos, flyers,presentations, and social media graphics. Design visuals for faculty research communications and the school’s podcast series, focusing on clarity and accessibility. Support improvements to internal creative workflows by applying user-centered design principles.
