Policies That Work is a Wharton faculty-led live and livestreamed event series that analyzes U.S. policies through a business and economic lens to help audiences understand their real-world impact on society.
Objective:
Create a cohesive brand identity for Policies That Work, a live Wharton faculty series designed to make complex U.S. policies more accessible and relevant. The branding aimed to communicate authority, clarity, and approachability, helping audiences connect with how business and economic policies directly impact society.
Challenges:
One of the main challenges of this project was managing multiple moving parts on a tight timeline. I coordinated with Wharton faculty, my internal team, and external freelancers to align on the creative direction while ensuring the brand identity remained consistent across print, digital, and livestream assets.
Additionally, I had to quickly adapt to supporting live events by managing video production needs, including switching and overseeing graphics during the broadcast. Balancing stakeholder feedback, technical demands, and creative priorities required clear communication, structured timelines, and strong project management skills to keep the team on track and deliver high-quality work within the deadline.
Wins:
The project launched with a cohesive brand identity that resonated with both in-person and virtual audiences while staying true to Wharton’s standards. I also adapted to the technical demands of live video production, managing switching and on-screen graphics, to ensure a seamless experience for the livestream audience.
