Wharton’s graduation ceremony celebrates the achievements of its graduates, bringing together students, faculty, and families to honor academic accomplishments and mark the transition to the next stage of their careers.
Objective:
To design and produce impactful graduation materials for Wharton, including three large-scale banners for the Kimmel Center, low-tack and directional signage for the Palastra, and printed programs, ensuring the visual identity reflected the prestige and excitement of the event.
Challenges:
Coordinating multiple high-profile deliverables on a tight timeline required managing freelancers, aligning with Wharton stakeholders, and ensuring consistency across banners, signage, and printed programs. Balancing creative vision with production logistics, installation requirements for low-tack and directional signage, and quality control under deadline pressure was a key challenge.
Wins:
Effective management of freelancers and production processes ensured a seamless event experience and established a strong foundation for future graduation events.
