Refreshing the Wharton Graduation Homepage in WordPress for a More Unified User Experience

Objective
To create a streamlined workflow for the Ripple Effect podcast, ensuring smooth production from concept to publishing while maintaining quality and consistency.

Challenges:
The department lacked a clear, unified workflow for producing the Ripple Effect podcast, making it difficult to track progress or know what changes had been made. Team members were navigating multiple tools—Google Docs, Slack, and ClickUp—creating confusion and inefficiency, and there was no centralized system to ensure consistency across recording, editing, graphics, and publishing.

Solution:
I restructured the page by grouping related ceremony information into clear, intuitive sections. This improved content hierarchy makes it easier for users to scan and navigate.

Outcome:
The refreshed homepage delivers a more streamlined and user-friendly experience, allowing visitors to access the information they need quickly and with less confusion.
